1927, Arkham, November. Dark, cold nights, crisp clear days with the threat of a cold winter. A row of tall brownstone terraces dominates a middle class street. The warm glow of amber lights from within break the darkness and are slowly extinguised as curtains are drawn. There is something wrong with this town, there has been for a while. Something quietly off, organised and silent. Behind closed doors, somewhere, somehow, Arhkham has changed.

The twin baronies of Rhynn and Carthridge lie on the outskirts of Terrinoth, far from the Free Cities. Baron Greigory often hosts his friend and ally, Baron Zachareth, at his seat in the capital city of Arhynn, and, over the years the two baronies have aided one another in times of both war and peace.

But still, there is an uneasy kind of peace. Until an unexpected danger more powerful than anything the universe has ever witnessed bursts forth from the rim of known space, annihilating all before it. And if it is not stopped, nothing will survive. All that exists will be destroyed. Is a Marvel Heroic Roleplay. Comics series is not only unnecessary but actively discouraged.
